Features
- Filled with R410A refrigerant.
- The refrigerant circuit conforms to ISO 97/23.
- and includes: Inspection glass, filter dryer, electronic expansion valve, 4-way changeover valve, check valve, fluid collector, Schrader valves for maintenance and inspection, pressure safety equipment (according to PED regulations)
- Included as standard: Phase monitoring relays that shut off the compressor if a phase is not operating correctly (scroll compressors can start operating in reverse and sustain damage).
- Also included as standard: Master switch, thermal contacts (protection for pumps and fans), compressor fuse, motor protection switch, compressor contactors, pump contactors.
- Main board features isolated contacts for external release and common alarms.
- The scroll compressors are special high performance models. All sizes have tandem compressors for better performance.
- The compressors have crankcase heating and integrated Klixon motor protection.
- They are contained in a noise-reducing housing and are separated from the airflow to keep noise emissions low.
- The crankcase heater is always on in standby. Servicing is done via the front panel and also allows maintenance to be performed on the unit while still in operation.
- The integrated hydraulic kit includes: A buffer tank (different sizes depending on performance), fully insulated at the factory and with frost protection heater (optional). The buffer tank is installed at the inlet feed to the machine in order to avoid temperature changes caused by individual compressors being turned on and off.
